1. Sonamani.com distributes its products in every part of Bangladesh. We start shipment of customer ordered products within 24 hours. However, we deliver products on all days except Fridays and national holidays.2. Shipping charge is levied only on the total price of the product and a minimum shipping charge or delivery charge of Tk. 60 is levied on any order within Dhaka City and Tk. 120 at any courier branch outside Dhaka.
3. These shipping charges do not apply to the cancellation of a product or order.
4. In an effort to satisfy customers, Sonamani.com may offer free shipping on products at various times.
5. Sonamani.com ensures shipment of goods within 24-48 hours in Dhaka city i.e. Dhaka North and South City Corporation and within 3-4 days in every Upazila, district and divisional town of Bangladesh. In addition to our own representatives, we ship goods through reputed couriers.
6. At the time of ordering you will see the possible delivery time or date on the Product Details and Order Confirmation page which will help you to track the shipment location of your ordered product. If you do not see the track option, call or mail directly or message us on our Facebook page.
7. For customer satisfaction Sonamani.com guarantees the delivery of the products according to the possible delivery time or date of the product but sometimes in case of any logistical problem or any unforeseen event many things go out of our control. In that case, there may be an unexpected delay in delivery of your order for which Sonamani.com authorities are not responsible and will ask our esteemed customers to cooperate with us And will take measures to deliver the product by resolving the problem as soon as possible.
8. You can only change the delivery or shipment address of your product if the ordered product is not shipped after you confirm the purchase of your ordered product. However, no request for change of address or correction will be accepted once delivery of any product has started.
9. Sonamani.com does not produce or manufacture any products. Even then we try to maintain the quality of the product but do not guarantee the quality of any product. We believe that the manufacturer / seller / supplier of the product is fully capable of ensuring the quality of each product.
10. Sonamani.com does not ship or supply goods outside Bangladesh.
11. The name of the courier company and the tracking number of the shipment of your product will be sent to your mobile phone or e-mail address for tracking to know the location of your purchased product. If you do not receive any message or email tracking number from us within 24 hours of placing the order, please call 0170938880.
12. If the product delivery address cannot be found, our representative will notify you by telephone. Please assist in fast delivery of products.
